An improved gas chromatography method for the simultaneous separation of 52 fatty acids (FAs) has been developed. For both oleic acid and linoleic acid, a good resolution was achieved for their positional and geometrical (cis/trans) isomers. This method was validated to be precise, accurate and sensitive. With this method, the FAs profiles in palm oil and chicken fillets were analyzed. In general, small changes were observed in the composition of FAs and formation of trans isomers after 8 h frying at the temperature lower than 200 °C. However, with extreme deep-frying process, the thermal degradation and TFAs formation in frying oil increased in direct proportion to frying temperature and time. Moreover, the FAs composition of fried chicken fillets was found to be mostly in correspondence with that of the frying oil, which might be due to the oil absorption or interaction between the frying oils and frying materials.  相似文献

This study was divided into two parts: (i) an optimal hydrolysing procedure of chicken liver hydrolysates (CLHs) and (ii) the in vivo antioxidant properties of CLHs via a D‐galactose‐induced mouse model. A pepsin‐to‐raw chicken liver mass ratio (1:400, w:w) and 2‐h hydrolysing period were chosen to manufacture CLHs based on yield, peptide level and antioxidant effect. Molecular masses of CLHs were lower than 10 kDa. CLH was rich in aspartic acid and glutamic acid, and also contained both manganese and selenium, which are essential cofactors of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase, respectively. The contents of cadmium, mercury, tin, and arsenic in CLHs were very low and even no detectible. Regarding the in vivo antioxidant activity of CLHs, a dosage of 1.2 g D‐galactose kg?1 body weight increased (< 0.05) 2‐thiobarbituric acid reactive substances values and decreased (< 0.05) glutathione and Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity values, as well as superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase activities in serum and organs of mice. However, the in vivo antioxidant capacities were improved (< 0.05) by supplementing CLHs.  相似文献

This study was designed to determine the effects of µ/m‐calpain on the degradation of cytoskeletal proteins in pectoralis major. Four chickens were slaughtered and the breasts were removed and stored for 12 hr at 4 °C. Each sample was divided into three groups and respectively immersed in control reagent, calpain inhibitor, and caspase inhibitor at 4 °C. The samples were used to evaluate troponin‐T and desmin degradation, calpain activity, and myofibril ultrastructure at 12 hr, day 1, day 3, and day 7. Casein zymography revealed that µ‐calpain could not be detected in all samples after 12 hr postmortem. The calpain inhibitor inhibited µ/m‐calpain activity and reduced troponin‐T and desmin degradation during 7 day postmortem. The caspase inhibitor inhibited µ/m‐calpain activity and, troponin‐T and desmin degradation before day 3 postmortem. The findings suggest that, µ/m‐calpain had an effect on cytoskeletal protein degradation after 12 hr postmortem.  相似文献

Widespread use of coccidiostats, in spite of beneficial control of protozoan infections in poultry, implies a risk of residues in edible tissues, and there is increasing interest in the development of strategies for prevention of veterinary drugs residue in food-producing animals. The aim of this study is assigned to clarify the impact of silymarin addendum in the diet on lasalocid concentration in the liver and breast muscles from the broiler. Four groups of chickens received a feed with lasalocid at levels between 75 and 200 mg kg?1. Other four groups received a feed with lasalocid (75–200 mg kg?1) plus silymarin. Significant differences of lasalocid concentrations between the liver and breast muscles were observed. Moreover, the chickens from the groups supplemented with silymarin shown significant decreases of lasalocid concentrations in the analysed tissues. The herbal substance did not counteract the ionophore in the treatment of coccidiosis and did not change biochemical parameters of blood. These findings suggest that silymarin might be used in chicken feeding in order to reduce the risk from lasalocid contamination of the broiler edible tissues.  相似文献

多TDI CCD拼接相机在异速工作模式下,不同通道的CCD图像间会存在相互干扰现象,不同行频差会在图像上产生不同斜率、不同宽度的干扰斜条纹。为了解决此问题,文中对原设计电路系统进行了详细分析和优化设计。首先,从异速时序在不同行周期的相位差别上进行分析,异速模式下不同CCD成像电路时序间存在行频差异,导致各个行周期内CCD个别像元上与其他像元叠加的干扰不一致,是干扰斜条纹产生的原因。然后,采取优化关键信号布线方式、系统地和电源布置、去耦电容接地方式等多方面对电路系统进行了改进,优化多TDI CCD成像系统电路抗异速干扰设计。最后,对改进后的电路系统进行测试,去除干扰斜纹,并将图像均方根噪声水平由21.5 mV降低到4.2 mV。结果表明:采用抗干扰技术,有效地去除了通道间干扰斜纹,提高了图像质量。  相似文献

In this letter, we propose a data randomization scheme for endurance and interference mitigation of deeply‐scaled multilevel flash memory. We address the relationships between data patterns and the raw bit error rate. An on‐chip pseudorandom generator composed of an address‐based seed location decoder is developed and evaluated with respect to uniformity. Experiments performed with 2x‐nm and 4x‐nm NAND flash memory devices illustrate the effectiveness of our scheme. The results show that the error rate is reduced up to 86% compared to that of a conventional cycling scheme. Accordingly, the endurance phenomenon can be mitigated through analysis of interference that causes tech shrinkage.  相似文献

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the permeation of model drug indomethacin (IND) from various types of gels through several semipermeable membranes.

Methods: Permeation of IND from gels based on carbomer (CA), hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC), and polyacrylamid/laureth-7/isoparaffin was performed via diffusion cell method through membranes: shed snake skin, full thickness chicken skin, mucosa of pork small intestine, and cellophane.

Results: The least permeation of IND was observed in the case of shed snake skin and full thickness chicken skin. It did not exceed 5.4% of original amount in the preparation after 3?h of measurement regardless the type of gel. In the case of mucosa of pork small intestine and cellophane the permeated amount of IND ranged from 9.4 to 55.4% depending on the type of gelling agent used. There was also quite a significant influence of a gelling agent on the permeation of IND observed. The permeation of IND was highest from CA gel, where it ranged from 0.6 to 52.2% of original amount in the preparation depending on the type of membrane used. Gelling agent inhibiting the permeation the most was HEC, where the permeated amount of IND did not exceed 12.3% regardless the type of membrane used.

Conclusions: In general the permeated amount of IND through biological membranes containing stratum corneum represented just a small part of the amount in original preparation. Gelling agent has significant effect on the extent and rate of permeation.  相似文献
